Hello I'd like to make a custom calednar for the Sims 3. In my time that I've lurked around I've seen a competition for it so I know it is possible I just don't know how to.

I just have a few questions:

-How do I do it? (tutorial link please)
-Are my allowed to use others work in the calendar if I have their explicit permission? (I figure since I can get permission I should be fine)
-Other suggestions?
