Yay! My first Sims 3 house here at MTS! You may have seen it in the Sims 3 section of the downloads browser, then again you may not have...in case you haven't here it is: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=349086 What do you think?(Please keep in mind that this is the first house I have ever made using TS3) Hope you like it even though it's not as great as the other Sims 3 houses here at MTS. What was your first Sims 3 house uploaded here at MTS? |

Kiara24 - That Scorpion Bar is awesome! I've seen it before in the downloads browser, and I just had to click on it to see what it was, I am very impressed! Great job  Rudrakali - Your modern and metric houses are impeccable! I love the modern build style the most. I'm currently working on a modern styled home for upload here at MTS. |

The first house I built in TS3 is also my first upload here at MTS. It was my favorite in TS2 that I played my main legacy in for years Gambrel Dream I have since built a total of 3 commercial lots and 6 houses. Now that seems to be all I do is build, but I love it. |

@everyone: These houses are amazing! I personally HATE my first lot, I feel as if I have been improving too but, not nearly as well as all of you have, brilliant, I love all of them, keep up the good work guys :D |

Well idk I just think its rather (cringes) yucky in comparison to my most recent works. lol, TS3 is a learning experience to say the least, there is just SO many possibilities I feel like I could've done better just look at all the amazing houses on this site sine TS3 came out, I mean come on, they give you enough tools to make some fine works and I just feel like I didn't utilize the tools as best as I could. But meh, like I said, it's a learning experience... |

Did you know that my first tomb attract more attention from my 2nd tomb? It seems that the golden desert is more appiling then the creepy graveyard, even that it's almost impossible to pass my first tomb... |

@nikokok no one understands the behavior of downloaders one of my best designs, 'the white mansion' has over 1000 downloads, took me 2 weeks.. (i don't play every day) another lot, 'the kids playground' has over 600 downloads... (third most downloaded house) HEY that little thing took me 30 min  and they love it more than my other houses  The more time i spent on a lot the less downloaded it
