hi everybody, i've many big problems... first of all, i don't understand english very well cause i'm italian, so if i made a mistake about posting this question please be gentle with me and try to help me please  second thing, when i try to download something, it tells me:"make sure you aren't using any kind of cookie blocker, like Norton Internet Security" and i didn't understand anything!!! i've tried to find the answer in the FAQ but i can't find anything please help me i'm driving crazy
