Lately, my babies have been coming out with either boots on, or a long skin-colored line for the body (white, brown, etc.)

A few months ago, I downloaded Nraas Master Controller that can do practically anything. So when my first baby comes out all glitchy, I wanted to go edit it in NMC, and I went through the whole process and I got to CAS and the game froze and a window popped up saying Sims 3 Stopped Working. And my game would shut down.

Does anyone have a solution to my kids coming out with clothes on or the NMC not working? If so, thank you so so so so so much!

I would suggest posting this over in the Nraas forum (the site you downloaded the mods from) as Twallan is more likely to see it there. However the game crashing upon trying to take your baby into CAS is a known thing. It isn't supposed to happen in game at all even with the mod so the chance of it NOT crashing your game is rare.

Your baby wearing boots is incorrectly tagged CC.

If you still have issues once you've checked everything you should post this in the Help section (if it doesn't get moved before then) with what you've tried.

It's not the mods fault. Also that file like many other bad ones, sneaks in complete with Sims as simpacks, so you need to review all your downloaded Sims in CAS and delete the ones wearing those boots to be sure.
Clear all caches after as well and you should be all right.

If you want to keep one of the sims who has those boots, take them into CAS, give them better shoes (something Maxis is best), repackage them, and then install the new package after you delete the old version of the sim. (Be sure to check -all- outfits.)
