Custom accessories flashing blue in-game?
Just installed the Sims 3 patch or about to?

 Filters not working

I only have the base game and when I try to filter the lot downloads to show only base game, it shows everything. Is anyone else having this issue? |

I just looked at your profile, and you have numerous EP's checked off as owned by you. If you are sorting by 'compatible', it is going to show all those uploads that have the EP's you have checked. |

i know that. i went in and edited my profile and it says i only have the base game. when i check compatible downloads then filter downloads, all of them show up. oh well. |

oh, and i also want to add that after i check compatible downloads, the next screen that shows up goes right back to have "all downloads" selected in the filter, like i didn't even click compatible. i'm only looking for sims 3 downloads, not sims 2. so having those ep's checked wouldn't make a difference anyways. |

I'm having the same problem. It's showing everything, despite filtering it to compatible downloads only o_O |

Sparkly, if you are talking about TS3, then you don't have any TS3 games ticked in your profile, so then it would default to showing all.

This bug (with TS3) should be fixed now - I accidentally left in a piece of code that defaulted it to "All" when TS3 was selected. |

thank you very much for you quick reply and fix, delphy! edit: i just went to download some houses, and the filter isn't snapping back to "all", but it's still showing houses that require WA. maybe it's a problem with the submitters not checking the right box of what it's compatible with? I looked at how many houses there are compatible with base game, and it's 1787. with the expansion, it's 1794. i'm sure there are more than 7 lots submitted that require WA! |

shootingstar: I only implemented the WA checkbox very recently (within the past week, at any rate), hence the low number of WA lots. |

I know this is a very old thread, but - same problem here. I just cannot get the filters to work for me. I would like to see content just for TS3 (preferably without any expansions), and I even removed all TS2 stuff I own from my profile selections. Still doesn't work. I get variations of TS2 & TS3 dls mixed, and TS3 with all/lots of expansions required. Help? :-) |

Maco, To see only things for TS3 with no expansions, just go to your profile, unselect any expansions but TS3 and use the "Downloads -> Sims 3" link. That should show you only downloads for TS3 base game. |
