Being a building myself, I rarely download houses. But this idea so great and well executed that I may just grab it. It'd would fit pefectly into my sims urbania. Thank you :D

oooh! this is awesome. love how the floor layout and which room is converted to. the shabby look is great, and how it looks outside is top-notch. you can really tell that it was once a shop. there's that simple elegance to it that i so long to emulate but couldn't so far. magnificent job. you inspire me...
