How did you make this? I tried to make my own and I can't get the floor to line up on the same level. I really like yours but I wanted to make my own too.

I love the idea of this lot, but is it possible to build one similar using the deck foundation?? Basically, I've been thinkin of doing a restraunt, few homes, and small shopping area on docks over the water. And is there a tut for building this type of structure?

Coral Reef Lots are built in BlueSoups Twikkii Island- Expanded which is an expanded version of sophisims Twikkii Island Edited. Due to the nature of Beach lots I would recommend using BlueSoups- http://linna.modthesims2.com/download.php?t=325601

In larsson 1970. wonderfull American Beach 22 thread, post number 5 there is a link to a tutorial that is usefull regarding placement of beach lots.

I love these houses, but I'm nervous about putting them into my game. THe link that you refer to above (and in the overviews) goes to a tutorial for Sims 3, not Sims 2. Do you have a map, for example, of where you've placed these houses in the Bluesoups twikii island?
