This is my very first creation that I decided to upload. I'm pretty satisfied with it, but I was wondering if you guys had any tips for improvement, I need all the help I can get! All Maxis stuff, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a swing set, and a gorgeous back yard. Also, there is a loft that is accessible from the second level bedroom. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
~Sudsy

Duct tape is like the force. It has a light side, a dark side and holds the world together.

Ooh, I love it! Maybe the roof needs changing, though? I've had many houses rejected because of rooves xD. On the little left area, maybe if you changed the roof it would look better?

I'm thinking a kitchen sink would be good...in case the dishwasher breaks.

Ity a bit on the boxy side, the left hand side to be honest looks like it was added as an afterthought, Id be inclined to get rid of the 3rd story and then run the roof together just to get rid of the boxyness. The inside, especially upstairs looks so bare, you have frunishings stuck to the sides but nothing in the middle. Its prob just me but if you're going for open plan then it has to have some wow factor! It just looks too open, again prob just me but I love hallways and where they could lead to! Also some plants in fron of the left hand side of the house will take away from the plain white exterior. Its a good start but I think a wee ways to go

Thank you guys so much! I got rid of the third level and added a tree and some bushes to the left side. I also added a kitchen sink, AlexandraSpears! I absolutely love the outcome! ekrubynaffit, how would you recommend that I get rid of all the open space? I was thinking maybe rugs?

Yeah maybe rugs, are you using uni? If so a pool table, or pop a couple of sofas facing each other with a coffe table between. Looks much better without the third floor and some plants!

Added pool table upstairs and a rug downstairs. Also, I rearranged the children's bedroom. I tried to leave the middle open to show the floor mosaic I created.... How's it look? Ready to submit or a few more tweaks? Thanks for all the help everyone!
