I thought the same at first but there's no mention of it in the site rules where it only says no pornographic pics. It only seems to mention no pay CC in pics under the uploading CC section.

Maybe we can ask a mod to clarify? just to be 100%!

If that's the case then they ought to post that rule in the sims pictures forums. Because it said nothing of it there. Not to mention to those who are heavy downloaders of custom content after they acquire so much I assume it's hard for them to figure out which was pay and what was free. lol

The best thing I can say at this point until someone gets clarification from a moderator is to use your best judgement.

At the very beginning I posted saying to use only free content in the lots and someone maybe several someones didn't seem to like having to leave out their paid for content so I changed that in order to maybe try to make everyone happy.

As to pay content - just browsed through the Creator Guidelines - no pay content may be included or pictured for uploads to the site. There is no mention there of purely photographic items, like screenshots of these foundations. It would probably make sense to keep away from it, in case someone absolutely MUST have your upload!
If we do upload any of these lots, please be sure to give credit to the foundation builder! A simple "this lot is based on X's foundation XYZ from the Foundational Building Social Group" should do it.

Come on people don't be shy, we need some more foundations to work with lol

I found out how to do the little screenshot thingy if anyone's interested (well actually, when I was told it seemed oddly familiar like I think somebody told me before and I just forgot - duh!)

So anyway, below the submit thread bit there's additional options. Click on 'manage attachments' and then you just upload the images straight from your computer it's much easier since you don't have to use photobucket etc but you can only use 8 images per post.
