I love it! Brings such a cute addition to empty houses. Now I can make a realestate agent and tease HGTV shows like design to sell! lol!

One question. Does it automatically put itself on vacant houses? Or would I have to put them there myself?

Its a decorative item so you'd have to put it there yourself

It's only a decorative item, so it stays until you get rid of it.
