This is my first challenge (as well as first post). I came up with it accidentally while trying the dilute ugly gene challenge, so hope you like it

Basically, the idea is to make an extraordinarily hideous sim and try to fix him/her as much as possible. But since most processes are reversible, this is what you do:

1. (Optional) Get the CAS slider hack that allows you to create extreme-looking sims.
2. Create a male and a female sim in CAS with extreme features (preferably sliding the sliders to the end). Don't worry if they look really messed up.
3. Create a third sim in CAS with these two as parents. You can keep refreshing until you get one you like. Make sure it's pretty ugly otherwise this challenge would be pointless.
4. Now that this poor sim is born to this world, you get to play a plastic surgeon! You have all the tools at your disposal EXCEPT using premade facial features. In other words, to fix a nose, you get to use all the sliders associated with it but you cannot simply replace it with a premade nose. So try to fix his/her appearance as much as possible using the sliders. Don't touch the hair, eyebrow and makeup just yet.
5. After fixing the facial features, your sim is hopefully somewhat human-looking. Now it's time to send him/her to hair and makeup! Fix them up good and post your pictures here!

After extensive cosmetic surgery, she looks like this (the nose is still pretty messed up, but I wasn't able to fix it any better)




After an expensive dye job and a visit to the salon, voila!

BTW: Can I do this with out the slider hack? I can't place it in my 1.4 TS3. It is only updated to 1.2. I know awesome mod is suppose to have a slider hack in it, but I definitely don't want to mod my game that much.

I think so, just that the effect wouldn't be as dramatic, but as long as the ugliness is not easily reversible, it'll provide a challenge nonetheless. (I'd test it out myself except I can't uninstall the slider hack without uninstalling the whole game)
