n8h@wk Original Poster Lab Assistant Join Date: May 2005 Posts: 164	Where do I find the family thumbnail? You know, the picture of the family that is used as the thumb for your saved game. It was easy to find in Sims 2, but I can't figure it out with Sims 3. I'm on a Mac, but if anyone knows the location it should be easy for me to find. Thanks for any help.

The .nhd file itself on your save game. This file can be opened in S3PE (or I guess your favorite Mac equivalent). One of the SNAP resources is the one you are looking for.

So it's somewhere in the saved game file. Thanks. Now I just have to figure out how to get in there and copy the family thumbnail. Or if it comes down to it, I'll just take a screen capture of the main page and do some cropping.

If I'm thinking of the right thing, it's the picture of all the members in the household that you see when you click on a house in edit town mode. Looked like this in TS2.
