I know this probably isn't where I should put this, but when I go to the game help section I only find the option for sims 2 and sims 3, no medieval :/ So I've got Sims 3 on this computer, it runs fine. I've got Sims 3 AND Sims Medieval on my other computer(this one is my girlfriends) and they both run fine(the other computer is a sucky laptop, this one is a desktop that was previously used for gaming). When I install Medieval on this computer the download dramatically slows down on SASFullBuild0.package, so much so that the first few times I thought it had stopped completely. Once installed I try loading up the game and get this: ![]() ![]() I desperately need help with this, my girlfriend has become addicted to this game and it's cutting into what little bit of gaming time I have :/ |

Does it have service pack 3? it needs to update something you can only install if you have service pack 3, think it was the latest version of .NET framework. I remember having the same problem on my 3rd computer, and that's what sorted it. Hope this helps you. |

You might also need to add the executable to the list of DEP exceptions. Assuming you're running Vista or Win7 (although those dialogs look more like XP to me). |

Are you running it from the launcher or the tsm.exe? I had some issues with the launcher that caused me similar problems. |

Remmet: The computer in question is running XP Grim: I've tried both, both give me the same results. |

You also need to install the latest version of .NET framework. I'd try running the game after you update first, and re-install if you still can't get it to work. *fingers crossed* for you
