On tiny suburban there is the unfinished moodlet in the living room with TV, I cant for the life of me find where the floor tile or wallpaper is missing?

This is driving me crazy and I never thought to ask anyone; how are you getting objects rotated only slightly? For the life of me I cannot figure out how to do that.

Cymboluk, I had the same issue in a house I made myself; no missing floor or wall tiles anywhere, yet unfinished moodlet. I ended up deleting that save for other reasons.
