My sim can't get to the second floor, it says the staircase can't be used.

EDIT: Once, only once, I was able to get her to go up the stairs, but now it won't let her back down again

There's an issue with the stairs after the latest patch. I have fixed it by rotating stairs 22,5 degrees CCW, using moveobjects on cheat.
