becca.reed Original Poster Test Subject Join Date: Nov 2011 Posts: 12	It keeps saying this..... It keeps saying this...... No cookies found! No valid MTS login could be found. Please note that you must be logged into MTS to use this server. Reasons for this not working are: If you are logged in, then make sure you aren't using any kind of cookie blocker, like Norton Internet Security. Try allowing "modthesims.info" in your security software for cookies. MAKE SURE you have ticked the "Remember Me" option when logging in. If you do not, then you will not be able to download. But I already went to the control panel and deleted the browsing history and cookies And I don't have Norton,I am logged in on here. I have also tried it through my windows firewall but it will only let me add programs that are already on my computer

Reason I ask is we've blocked certain family members (the under-ten crowd) from downloading anything on their accounts with XP. You might just be prohibited from downloading or writing anything to the hard drive (actually, I think that's the setting for the kiddos).

I don't have any problems either and I use Firefox as well. I only pointed it out just in case.

It links to this wiki post that has detailed instructions for how to solve the problem you're describing. Have you followed all the instructions in that post, including ticking "Remember Me"?
