pixie, can you try and login again on www? I'm not seeing any strikes against your username at all in the database. Better still, come on the live chat so I can diagnose the issues in real time.

I'm able to login with a number of test accounts perfectly OK on www so it has to be something strange going on with certain accounts.

Ok Delphy I’ll come on live chat I did try again to log in with the www. But no luck unfortunately, which chat should I go on? Social or create? Sorry if it's a newb question I don't often use chat options on sites. EDIT: I just looked into going on the social live chat on here and my PC security wouldn't let me, I had two windows pop up, which I include a screen shot of the second window. 2#EDIT: I just tried logging into MTS with the www. And it worked as it has done previous nights, fingers crossed it will continue to work and not kick me off or give me an error. I'll keep you all posted.

Today so I’ll head over to chat in a bit. EDIT: Just to let you all know i just managed to log in via www. again, keep you posted. 2#EDIT: Sorry, I am having problems with Live Chat; don't think I’m going to be able to use it . I can log on to it but can't see any text, so I clicked the link for the Java plug in and got an error pop up, screen shot included. I had the same log in problem with MTS again just now with www. got the same error of too many log in attempts wait 15 mins etc, Don’t know if anyone else is experiencing it still but I logged on with nene.

I have just experienced an inability to log on. Fortunately I'd found the solution beforehand so I've logged in a different way round. this is the message that i'm getting 'Too many failed login attempts from the same IP address. Login denied.'

I'm having the same problem too, again. :-(

Should i be resetting my password or is it not really an attempted hack? I've not received any of the emails that others have.
