I love this. And I love that it's based on a real place. It reminds me of areas here in Western Washington State (USA). I'm going to bookmark this for later.

That looks a lot like a map of Prague as well (except Prague wouldn't have mountains). I like it!

To see the whole neighborhood the camera mod is required, but if someone is interested in Tromsøya only it's just fine

i was looking for a new terrain and i never thought i would find something that would be incredibly accurate and amazing for my sims, my current neighbourhood is actually called Kongeriket Norge and has some mountains and lakes but it's far from being awesome, so seriosly thank you for creating and sharing!!
