Is there a mod where the police or no adult supervision won't be needed to keep picking my sims child up whenever there are out late at night while there are investigating in tombs or any other places?

AwesomeMod takes away she psychic abilities of the curfew police, but children still seem to have a homing beacon on them that goes into affect at the curfew. I've installed a few Twallan mods recently and for reasons I don't understand, the child's homing device has turned off and they will stay out later. I'm not sure which mod is doing it, or how I activated it, but it seems that curfew and the internal homing device on the child has vanished.
