Im having a problem moving in one of my Sims into the Greek House.
I make him "move into Greek House' by using the phone. The cab comes and he leaves. But when I go into the lot he's not there. There are only 5 people on the lot so there's enough room for him. I make his girlfriend invite him over to 'Propose-Move In' but the only option that comes up is 'engagement.'
I went back to the uni neighborhood and he's still at the dorm, so I manually tried to move him in but it said something about being invited?
If he's already apart of it why does he have to be invited? Is this some kind of glitch?
Sorry if its in the wrong section!

There's some important information implied but not stated here, so excuse stupid-sounding questions.
Did he go through the pledge process and get accepted? Without being accepted, you cannot move to a Greek.
If he's still in the dorm, how are you trying to manually move him? What happens when you open the lot?
Is the girlfriend a member of the Greek living on the Greek lot? If so, she should have options to "Ask to Pledge" before the pledge process, and "Invite to Join" afterward. Because you're only supposed to join through one of the pledge processes, the normal propose-move in interaction isn't available from within the Greek lot.
How certain are you that you saved the game after you saw him leave in the taxi? The second worst glitch I ever had was a direct result of not having saved when I thought I had. Saving in response to the dialog on leaving is not as reliable as hitting the save key - that's what messed me up, and it's advisable to not save on exiting, but to always save specially.
If he's pledged, been told he's gotten in, used the correct phone option to move, and been saved properly, then I'm afraid the only thing you can do is follow the Game Help FAQ (See where it says "Help" in the drop down menus?), to find out if a corrupt bit of CC, a hack conflict, or whatever. However, I'd first get back into the lot and see what happens when you try again. Just in case it's a matter of failing to save at the right time. Anybody's computer can burp, and anybody can think they've saved when they haven't.

Well I believe he was one of original that already lived in the Greek House but I turned him into a 'dormie.'
What I meant by manually moving him I meant going to the neighborhood screen and selecting 'move household.'
I thought perhaps I didn't save too but I did it a second time and it was still not letting me. I assumed he was in the GH because when he calls the Greek House from the dorm it gives me the option to 'move to greek house' instead of 'Ask to join greek house'
When I play again Ill try and see if the pledge option comes up when she invites him over again. (She's a member) Since asking to join doesn't come up on the phone. I just moved his girlfriend right before him so I don't think its a conflict with any CC but I'll try and see if nothing else works.

Hmmm...it's possible that you've done something that the coding doesn't expect, and can't move somebody back into the Greek after they've moved out once. It may be treating him as it would a graduated Greek - Greeks keep a lot of member interactions after they graduate (it's possible to ask a graduated Greek to let you pledge, for example), but since they're adults lose the capacity to live in a Greek. Or it may be that the code controlling who gets allowed in specifically connected to the pledge coding rather than to membership per se. It's possible that the operation you used to turn him into a dormie is quarreling with the normal Greek coding. In which case, I don't know how you'd deal with it without being able to do any actual programming.
It's very odd that, after you see him drive away in a taxi, he appears back in the dorm instead of in the family bin.

It really is! And it sucks because its ruining my storyline lol. I don't want his gf and him to be separated :P

You can always do something with the storyline when the game throws stuff at you. She can move out and they can share a residence; or you can think of some reason why they can't live in the Greek together.
She did move into the same Greek he belonged to before, right? 'Cause you pledge the specific house, not Greeks generically.

Well it is a different house does that matter?
I thought it was all the same but the creators just made a girls and guys house like they would in real life for frat/sorority. ..Maybe thats whats wrong?

Is the Sim in question still just a dormie? Perhaps if you made him a playable Sim first you might then be able to move him back into the Greek House. If you have a playable living in the same dorm with him you should have the option to ask him to move in. That would turn him into a playable Sim on that lot. Then I would give the move to the Greek House another shot.
If that doesn't work I think you might want to try the help section as you might need to use to change his coding or something.
Edit: Whoops, just saw the part about him pledging a different house. Yes that matters. I would still try to make him a playable and see if his girlfriend can then ask him to pledge her house if it's not giving you that option now.
If not it may be as simple as you can only belong to one Greek House and he can't pledge the one she's in.

Yes he's playable and his girlfriend tried asking him to move in the greek house.
Awww man that really sucks! Hmmm time for a new storyline....What to do, what to do ? lol

Wait even if the other house doesnt exist anymore he still cant pledge to a new one? Because I deleted it a long time ago. That doesnt make sense :/

Doesn't make sense no but it's possible. Has something to do with the way the game assigns the tokens that designates Greek membership. I had something similar happen with Dormie's. I had built several dorms only to have them not work out so I deleted them and built new ones. The game didn't reassign the dormie's however so my new dorms were empty.
I'm sure there is a technical way to get out of this but I'm certainly not the one to provide it. I'm pretty sure you probably need to make a very clear and concise post in the help section as I feel you will be advised you need to use to clear his greek token away.

I've used before its just been a while. oh well I'll probably just do something else with him as six sims in one lot is a bit too much for me to handle anyway lol.
Thanks for the help guys :D
