Hello all! I know I'm not a usual creator in the mod-the-sims community, or anywhere really, but I have been playing around with creating custom worlds and lots for a few years now and I think I have finally come up with something I like! I call it Gardenia City. It is the largest flat map possible in create-a-world, so it will include a large city, suburb, and rural area. I have pictures of what it currently looks like. So I do not get sick of it and throw it out, I have committed myself to only working on it a little each day. I need feedback on the construction of the map and possible lot/rabbithole locations. Also if you have any tips about creating worlds, ie. populating it or placing spawners, it would be much appreciated! Criticism welcome just not too harsh please

Also, I will be updating its progress via my wordpress blog @ gardeniacitycreationsite.wordpress.com
Thanks y'all!

Good start so far. One issue I noticed right away. The small green arched bridge is way too low. I suggest raising it up and either sculpting the land to meet the bridge or adding a second section. If you are not against using custom content, you can use the wonderful bridges available in the CAW Resources Section. Here is a link: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=432968

Also, the CAW forum here is wonderful for ideas and resources. Look forward to seeing what you come up with when you start building.

Thanks so much for the help! I have continued working but it is coming slowly... very slowly but I do have a picture of the town hall for you all!

looks great so far. Did you intend on the river part to look like a child being swung by his arms (in a good way). Is the town hall custom? looking forward to updates
