The file limit doesn't make any sense! #1 |
| TheWolfBanana |
I'm trying to upload some clothes but the screenshot size limit doesn't make sense! A minimum is 800x600 but the maximum is 250 kb. And the maximum is smaller than the minimum. My proof: I try to edit the size of an image I can't upload. I make it at least 800x600, but it's past the maximum limit. I make it smaller than 250 kb, but it's less than 800x600 therefore it's too small. ANYBODY KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON???? |

Because I am stupid, I wrote it down. The maximum is not 250 Kb, but 24 megabytes. Your picture needs to be between 800x600 and 1280x1024 pixels. Now, can someone remind me how to take a screenshot? I pressed the PrtScn button, but nothing happened, that I could detect. |

OS X comes with a built in screen shot program. It's better than the in game screenshot (pressing C or camera). Hit Command+Shift+C and you'll get much clearer screen shots. I get images that have a default size of 1280x800 and come in at around 800 kb. You won't see a difference in game but when you exit your game you'll see them all on your desktop. |

music2ologist, there's no need to download anything. If you have Windows, all you have to do is press the PrtSc button. Then go into Paint and paste it, or Ctrl+V. And then save the image, and there you have your screenshot! |

The former is the resolution and the latter is the filesize. If you cannot get the proper "big enough" resolution to be on the accepted filesize, then you're not reading the guides properly. Well, because hundreds of people have been able to do it by all the Download items available here and many more in the queue waiting for moderation. | |
