I'm starting to realize that unlike sims 2 you can't pull children from your own pool (Children that were taken from other families in town)

I was wondering if there is a mod that allows you to adopt specific children, or if there was one someone might be working on. I know that you can add a sim to a family through "Enabled cheats" But I'm looking for something that gives sims the "Added new family member" memories and allows them the "Family" like wishes afterward. Helping with homework, ect...

So anything like this out there?

Nraas Mastercontroller has an option to add a sim to your household, you can choose 'add child' and genetics become linked etc showing that sim 1 and sim 2 are the parents of sim 3
