Since my efforts to recolor one of the OFB shelving units are apparently futile I decided to just create my own shelving unit. I created the shelves no problem but when I went to export the mesh of one of the OFB shelving units to use as a reference as to the correct Sim size (One different from the one I was previously trying to recolor) I can't seem to find the GMDC on the Resource tree. I reloaded and even reinstalled SimPE and it just doesn't seem to be on the list, however it shows up perfectly fine on other objects. Is there something about the OFB shelves that makes it where you can't recolor or clone their mesh? I'm sure I can use something else to to scale down my shelves but I was also wondering if there is anything I need to do to my custom shelves to make them functional shelves in game.

EDIT: My cloning and recoloring problem has been fixed with the help of a fellow creator. I successfully created the object I needed did all the UV mapping and all that jazz but now I can't import it into SimPE. I'm sure that it is just something I did or didn't do when I exported the obj. file from Blender but since I just updated my version of Blender I'm a bit lost. Anybody familiar with Blender version 2.62 and can tell me how to correctly export the obj. file without getting an error when I import it into SimPE, please either respond here or send me a PM.
