Sorry, looks like the image you tried to upload hasn't worked. However, are you using the Clean Pack Installer? Sims 2 is notorious for being silly with it's own installer, and the only way you'll be able to truly get something to work in your game [like Sims, for instance] without much of a hitch or any help to anyone is with it. Try it first, and then see how it goes  LINK[PS: I'm just assuming that this is Sims 2, if your problem is Sims 3 related, sorry, but can you try reuploading the photo or looking through the FAQ guides?] |

Right! Since we don't know if this is for Sims 2 or Sims 3, please post in the respective Sims Help section. You can go back to the parent of this section in the breadcrumb (just above this thread's title) above and then select the appropriate Help section. |
