 Can I get the fog emitter without Ambitions?

I have been looking for the fog emitter in the "buydebug" section, but I can't find it. Is it because I don't have ambitions? I have heard that you need that EP to use it. If not, please let me know how I can access this object. Thanks a bunch

it comes with the ambitions pack, correct. so, if you don't have ambitions, you don't have the fog emitter. |
