i wanted to know if there is a program or mod that can put the houses automaticaly in place my worlds that i have are big and takes a long time to place all the house at the right lot

no, because you would still have to choose where each lot was placed. and choose their rotation, and lot type, etc. and that isn't even taking into consideration how long that would take to process all those lots at once.

What houses are you talking about, and which worlds, and how would this program decide where to put them?

It's clearly not impossible to automate lot placement, since EA does it (usually badly) with some EP lots. Don't know that it's been done by a modder, but I also don't understand exactly what the OP wants to achieve
