Every time I try to post a thread in the object creation forum I get an error message that says I don't have permission to access this section of the website. Can someone tell me why this is given the fact that I can post in other section just fine?

I believe that you have to be a creator.

How am I supposed to learn to be a creator if I can't post in the object creation forum? I would like to try & learn how to recreate this object:http://www.simslice.com/files/image...ner-bigpic4.jpg It is a vibrating recliner that gives your sims body points from simslice. The site had a system wide crash & the owner lost all of his work & doesn't intend to start over. Most of his creations can be found at paysites must be destroyed, but this object is one of 20 files that are not there.

As I understand it, they chose to limit posting in there to creators so that it would stop degenerating into a request forum.

This does not prevent you from asking in the Create chat. (Nor from going over to simlogical and asking in Inge's chat. )
