Here are houses to strive for by beginning Sims. They can work hard and be in one before they know it. All of them are so spacious for the price and even with garages! My compliments to the architect!

I would like to say, The kitchen/dining area is hardly even there, unless I use one room for that space. =/

...wow, I owe you, pal.

I've been intending to make a family of seven, consisting of two couples, two kids and one pet, and for that I needed at least three bedrooms, but even houses with two in this site are ridiculously expensive! Thanks a lot for providing me houses with not only three, but FOUR bedrooms at a reasonable price!
