This is so cool, I can't imagine how long it must have taken to build. It would make an amazing dorm, but I do love the community aspect as it means all Sims can visit and there will be plenty for them to do.

This is so perfect for the Simlogical school mod, I'm surprised you didn't build it with that in mind. Really wonderful, and so needed; I've been wanting to make a boarding school for girls in my game for awhile now, but building isn't my strong suit. Now, I can use yours instead! Thank you for sharing.

Does anyone know how I can change this in to a residential lot? c:

When in build or by mode, bring up the cheat box (ctrl/shift/c) and type 'changelotzoning residential' without the quotes and press 'Enter' on your keyboard. Save and go to neighbourhood, then it should be residential.

Uh, I've got a bit of a problem with changing the lot zoning. I used the cheat, but the community lot telephone is still there and the residential mailbox/trashcan won't appear. It's super duper cute, though. I just can't seem to get it to be anything but a community lot... (Which, regrettably, defeats the purpose of having it for me. Sad day.) Was the curb trashcan deleted per chance?
