I don't have one Sim in my game right now well off enough to afford this house. However, it is sooooo lovely I may cheat up the dough and create a new family to live here. Absolutely beautiful and I love beach lots!

I think your Sims version looks much better than the original, thanks hun. Just have to say in my opinion that real life house is absolutely horrible, a real eyesore...why would anyone pay 6 mil for it. lol!

Wow Cat that is some house. My first thought was, that's a house?! Looks more like a huge apartment complex until you look inside. I must say in rl if I had 6 mil to spend I would not be buying that. Good job on making a replica which does look far better than it's real life counterpart!

PS I really like what you did with the girls room, I'll have to try and remember that and flog er um maybe do something similar one day.

$6 mil? Only in Florida. Well, or California, I suppose. Seriously whacked-out states. You did a good job simming it, though! Much less ugly and what? Only 5% of the selling price? But then you had to go and ruin it by putting a white piano in it. White pianos are wholly, entirely, and irretrievably evil. Seriously, what were you thinking.?

...OK, OK, so I have an irrational fear of white pianos. I can't help it!

Yeah, well... I'm not really a fan of white pianos either. But, it seemed to fit. Do Imperial Grand Booseys even come in white?
This whole house is kinda completely opposite of what I would want really; but, I like it! I think Malcolm III's ex - or maybe his current mistress - will be moving in shortly. LOL!

Gorgeous, Cat! Love the house - very unusual, and so pleased you popped a Grand Piano in there!

Jeez.. 6 Million? Where in CT is this house?! I live on the shoreline and let me tell you.... the area I'm in is NOT 6 Million. Either way, love this house. I like your version more than what's shown in the picture. Yours looks more structurally stable
