SOLVED: WCIF Buyable Dr Vu's Automated Cosmetic Surgeon for community lot

I have found Buyable Dr Vu's Automated Cosmetic Surgeon but it is not buyable on a community lot. Is there one that is, or a cheat to make it so? Will "testingcheatsenabled" true then "buydebug" work? I'm not familiar with the buydebug cheat but I found it while I was searching for some answers.

you should be able to enter the community lot in build mode and use changeLotZoning residential to change the lot zoning. put the surgeon machine and any other residential items on the lot and then use the same cheat with community in place of residential to change the zoning back. I've never personally done it with community lots but I do use it for dorms and hotels.
