Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't stargazing come with Outdoor Retreat? So what would happen with that whim, if you don't have the gamepack?

Likely nothing, as the trait will be calling for a non-existent action, if the guys at EA has any form of sense in their head it will simply skip over the invalid command.
That being said I not done any testing regarding this, so if it causes any form of trouble be sure to let me know and I'll be sure to post an edited version of the trait.

mrci pour ce trait de caractère il est fantastique, il fallait ça car j'en avait assez qu'une fois ma simette en colère, a cause d'un voisin bruyant, devienne hystérique d'un coup et meurt sans que je puisse faire quoi que ce soit alors bravo garde le a jour stp et encore bravo. pourrais tu changés le trait de caractère du jeu, jaloux qui est ridicule, du style la femme fait la cuisine, l'homme est en train de dormir, et en dormant le mari est tendu car il dit ou est ma moitie ? combien de fois dans le jeu j'avais envie de lui répondre lève toi et va voir! alors que la jalousie va bien plus au dessus de ou est ma moitie? mais ça aurait mit un peu de piquant dans le jeu avec la vraie signification de jalousie, en te remerciant d'avance pour ce merveilleux trait en paix kiss continue a nous régaler kiss! et bonne continuation

I have stargazed without owning OR. It is possible to complete the whim without the gamepack. If you can't, then use a mod that allows it.
