This house is beautiful but sadly the house in the basement is FLOODED and when I delete the house, it leaves water all over the game. NEEDS TO BE FIXED PLEASE.

Place it above sea level i.e. on top of a large hill. This is a normal occurrence in-game - there is nothing wrong with the house itself.
