We should let Inge know; she's still a bit miffed that there isn't as much drama here as there used to be.

I saw the photo after it got locked or else I would've have commented on it, anyway it is really cute. My auntie has a mini chihuahua and it is so adorable when he run up to me putting his tiny paws on my legs to stand up expecting to get picked up. although when he gets comfortable on my lap he tries to bite my fingers when I try to put him back down on the floor so I have to get my auntie to pick him up of my lap. I once accidentally dropped him when he suddenly tried biting my fingers when attempting to put him back on the floor, he landed on the couch. This happened over a year ago and still feel bad about dropping him.

Too late, set it on fire.
If I lose the keys to the Wasserwerfer, then I believe that no-one can have the keys.
Sorry, only one who knows how to use it, and we've already burned down the garage, too.

*Edit, is this a standing joke between you two? Because until I saw Aaron's response, it seemed pretty mean. Color me confused.

Yeah, Aaron's got a pretty impressive collection of Wasserwerfer pictures. Saw them mainly in the Lousy Thread.

Speaking of Oreo, I made s'mores dip on Saturday with my friend, it had Oreos at the bottom of it. Might post pictures of it tomorrow.

Has anyone else every taken two double-stuf oreos apart and used their components to make a quadruple-stuf oreo?

Actually, I think I once managed a sextuple-stuf oreo.

How odd. The forum's spellcheck recognises "sextuplet", but not the root word "sextuple".

That does not not look very pleasant to consume. Way too much sugar...

Had an idea: Create a social group for cookie lovers and call it the "House of Oreedom". Or better yet register a new religion on the principles of worshiping cookies. "The Oreedom Orthodox".

I've only eaten the original Oreo as I've never seen any other types in the shop but I do know there are alot more flavours. To anyone who has had other flavours, what is your favourite one?

How about some homemade Oreos?

If the xanthan gum also bothers you, you can use a mixture of ground flax or chia seeds to replace it - just use a 1:3 mixture chia/flax to water (so if you need to replace 4 tablespoons of xanthan, then use one tablespoon chia or flax with three tablespoons water) and add a little extra time to baking.

HarVee: by what name would One name this new cookie God? Oreodness? Oreoden? Then are his followers Oreodenites? And the Holy Book? Ah, but how quickly is the more healthful God of Spaghettiness forgetten! Well, I've forgotten...I had it here somewhere..it was so funny, such a true mirror of Man! Obviously, I am bereft of Faith!

…How on earth do you know so much? Seriously, it's freaking me out. You're like a genius.

To be honest, I like both Oreo ingredients equally. I like the double-stuf because there's a more equal distribution, in fact. The aforementioned experiments were in the name of… let's call it "science".
