I also like it - it is more of a farmhouse in my opinion than many others even though I live in SA

And it looks easy to play, which earns high points in my book.

Looks like a good family house at a reasonable price. Stripped of the kitchen and bathroom stuff it costs 34943 - not quite a starter but perfect as an upgrade house for a couple starting a family.

Yes it is suitable for large families for there were 9 family members living in it when I first visited my friend there way back in the mid 1970's.

Thanks for making a base game house with no custom content. I'm on a Mac running the Super Collection so houses that use all the EPs and SPs don't work for me.
