This is really inspirational, and I can see the time invested into the project, and the layout is definitely breath taking. Sorely tempted to download this, and thinking of using it for a challenge that is run here. Just need to find the TIME for it and all my other stories running around in my head/on paper!!!

I have to check this one out. Been wanting to start playing an actual city for a while. I love how diverse the zones are, yet how perfectly they blend together onto a single map. Awesome work. :)

also, brilliant choice of wording for the camera mod paragraph :P

this is glorious, my only complaint is that the beachfront doesn't seem to work with actual beachlots.

ageust, I tried it and it worked for me, in fact, I made that shore for that use so I don't know what is going on. What version are you using? SC4, no CC or CC?

This is the best neighborhood ever! It's big, it has a beach, mountains and even cliffs! On the flat ground you can easily decorate the map without floating objects. The only thing I don't like that much (but I don't think it has something to do with the hood) is that you can't zoom in main city area.

I've startet playing Sims 2 ~10 years ago and this is really the best neighborhood I've seen!

Very well done ITrustInChrist! I love how you shared this download. At first, I thought it was a Sims 3 neighborhood. The terrain looks marvelous and is quite impressive. I can definitely see building a whole community of lots for this terrain. Thank you for sharing this with the Community.
