Since my game is on English and I have 5 more letters on my keyboard I just shifted the photo taking to one of those. I don't really make videos because my sims blinks when I place furniture and build houses but drives fine else. It's just my pc protesting but it never bothered me xD

I build small houses *^*

Thank you for the invitation Emperor Crat!

I don't know when or what I'll be telling. Probably it'll be about my "new" neighborhood which is actually 2-3 years old. But I don't play very often and most of the time with aging off so it feels pretty new to me. I created it with some sims extracted from another neighborhood which didn't either felt that old to me but was created in summer 2006. I wanted to create a new one free of VBT which I didn't know about until at least 2010 or 2012.
I don't really have time at the moment to play and I don't have good pictures of my game. I haven't played since July. My neighborhood is not really good looking, it lacks some decoration, at least a few trees. It looks empty right now.
I guess I should also download Fraps or another like that, that I hear about to make better pictures.

I love looking at all the pictures of the beautiful neighborhoods you are all making!

Funny how this new forum? and your invite fit just right, with me discovering Sim City 4.
No really. I am now working on my new map/Hood and i am very excited about sharing what will happen, and how it will turn out..once sims will begin to inhabit it.

Woah a cool new group, and wow an invitation! For me. :O

Thanks for the invite. I'll try to start up a thread sooner rather than later, but life is somewhat busy and simming has fallen a fair ways down my priority list since I was 14, so we'll see how long it takes.

Unless of course my computer keeps up it's slow fall into failure, my game has even started crashing.
I'll need a laptop for university anyway, so you might have to wait until August when I have like a week in between buying one and starting classes. :P

Why do I have a badly done MS Paint spiral as my profile pic you ask? Well you see I have nothing better to put there than a thing I quickly made during a grade 10 business class.

You're most welcome cord11, thank you for joining ! When you do get around to it, (because I know school can be hectic), we'd all love to hear about your hoods. Thanks for posting! (Sorry about your game, I had trouble with crashing on the loading screen a while ago.)

Thanks for the invitation, I'm not a very skilled decorator, but I love to make stories and play The Sims, currently I'm forming my megahood, because I love many of the pre mades, then many stories are going to happen!

Thanks very much for the surprise invite, I joined the group as I do like reading about the way other people's games. Also I will try and post some pictures of what I am doing.

I am sure that some of the group might know about me, but I am still going to explain.

I am play on an iMac from 2011 and my current new Neighborhood is something around 2 years old from what I remember, I am 64, so excuse my uncertainty I play The Sims 2 Super Collection, so that means that I don't have FT or AL or a lot of the SPs. This limits what I can download somewhat, but I have found a lot of good stuff to the point of having to modify my Mac's Open File Limit, however now that I have did the modification my game runs much better.

I play Strange Town, Blue Water Village and Downtown and I play or have played all of the pre-mades from this set. I started this Neighborhood before I read about überhoods and such or I probably would have an überhood like a lot of others.

I started the game with the pre-mades and a couple of part Alien families.

Here is one of them.

Hi @lordtyger9 , nice to see you here!

I love the alien sims too! The sims in your picture are lovely.

Why not create your own thread to show off your neighbourhoods like some of the others have done?

Go here:
http://www.modthesims.info/forumdis...546&groupid=906
And click the big green 'post new thread' button.
