Default how to disable the information window in game?
i don't want them to pop up... how to do it?
is there a cheat or a mod to disable them?

Not that I've heard of, it's sorta more useful to have them pop-up..

Depending on which EPs you have, you could use the cheat 'showheadlines off' which gets rid of those pop ups, too. It's like playing blindfolded without them, though!
