I did it...my mummy is a father!
So they said it couldn't be done, they said it would never happen, something about when pigs could fly. However, today, at 9:38am I did the impossible. I impregnated a female Sim in my household, but get this...I am mummy.

So this has to be some kind of glitch, especially considering no one was alarmed by the fact that my Sim had turned into a mummy when he came out the sarcophagus, but the fact remains, he is doing all the mummy things, the mannerism the aversion to fire, you know...but somehow he managed to knock this lady up.

So there you have it, its possible.

I am not playing atm but when I do, you will see and believe. You can imagine what its going to look like though, under the mummy wraps the Sims skin is a pale white, I think the eyes are either black or grey, I can't think of a good way to describe it but you'll know what I am talking about when the baby is born!

Unto me a child is born, unto me a girl was given ...ok so I think get how it works now. Somehow, the mummy was able to have children (this might be a bug due to the fact that he just had become a mummy when the woman initiated "Try for Baby" maybe the game didn't fully recognize him as a mummy) however I guess the children will look either entirely like the mother or a mix of what your Sim looked like before they became a mummy. In my case my Sim was tan skinned so hence the child.

I don't get it. It looks like any other sim baby from what I can make out in the photos. I think this is more a case of Mummy Daddy than Mummy Baby.

Mummies are supposed to be unable to reproduce. That's what the big deal is, there isn't even supposed to be a Mummy Daddy in the first place.

Is that a shillelagh in your pocket, or are you just sinning against God?

Yeah like Nekowolf said, the fact that the Mummy was able to impregnate someone is the part that (at least I) was excited about.

Not that I’m crazy or anything, I just want some proof that death isn’t the end. Even if crazed zombies grabbed me in some dark hall one night, even if they tore me apart, at least that wouldn’t be the absolute end. There would be some comfort in that.

I understood that Nekowolf. That would be logical since as a mummy he has had his organs removed which means there is no heart to pump blood into his baby making body region--if you know what I mean.

I'm saying that it looks more like the sim became a mummy after fathering the child.

D are - I'm not trying to doubt you but from the appearance of the baby, I'm inclined to believe the female was pregnant prior to the guy actually becoming a mummy or while he was still transitioning into a mummy. Did the male already look like a mummy when the woman initiated "try for baby"?

If you say yes, then all I can say is --Eeewww!

Yeah he was a mummy when I clicked "try for baby" the funny thing is...they can have another! The try for baby option is still there.

I also get your logic, the mummy shouldn't even be able to think about having a baby (seeing as how the brain would have been removed) so the fact that he can make her pregnant...I am gonna toss it up to mummy magic D:

You should try again. Maybe one will come out looking like a mummy. Sort of how when you have different skintone parents the kids come out like either/or. The last one looked like the mOmmy maybe the next one will look like the mUmmy. Cool.

Not buying it. I still think he had the baby and then turned the father into a mummy. I wanna see a screenshot of clicking him and I wanna see the option "Try for Baby" before I believe anything.
