Default LateNight - uncensored patch help?
Hi all,
I've only recently discovered this whole CC business (yes, slow on the uptake, I know!) but i've bee browsing around online and saw that there was an Uncensored Patch to remove the blur --> does this work on the latest expansion packs? The only instructions for install i've been able to find refer to placing the patch file into the Sims root folder, rather than the Documents/EA Games one that this site said to use...

I've not been able to access the FAQ page on here - won't load, so apologies if this has been answered previously... does anyone maybe have a link to a set of instructions or somesuch that will work on LN? (i have all expansion packs, not sure if that makes any difference)

If you are using the No Mosaic by Rothchild here, then the mod is updated thru Late Nite.

It doesn't look like an update has been done for the recent patches, but, it works fine for me with 6.1.

To install, unzip it, then put it in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages

Instructions for installing .package files: http://www.modthesims.info/wiki.php...g_Package_Files

(Note that the instructions posted above me won't work until you actually have that folder, and a couple of other files )

Help forum (the link's on the FAQ page, but since you're having trouble accessing that): http://www.modthesims.info/forumdisplay.php?f=551

Questions like this belong in the help forum

And, just a note on No Mosaic mods: there's more than one out there, and yes you DO need to be sure you have one that's updated for the latest EP, since they tend to break every time new effects are added. Unless you use Twallan's at NRaas, which works a different way: http://ts3.tscexchange.com/index.php?topic=1784.0
