I made this mesh 2 days ago when I was playing around with necrodog's hoodie (and now it's gone?! What the hell? ) and I was like, "instead of a whole outfit, what if I make it into separate outfit so that people can wear different pants while wearing the same hoodie?"
And as a result, here's my new hoodie sweatshirt, 99.7% done:- (Credits goes to necrodog for his hoodie mesh from one of his hoodie outfits.)
Necrodog's hood mesh:-
Wearing different pants:-
Now, here's the main problem of the hood; some of the pants were "overlay" the hood texture which it only happens if some of the pants have the exact same texture mapping as the hood texture as you can see below:-
What am I suppose to do? Should I either remap it or should I just leave it there? Any help is appreciated.
I'm an Anonymous. You are Anonymous.
He is Anonymous. She is Anonymous.
Your baby's Anonymous. The people's Anonymous...
Wait, just how many EXACTLY are Anonymous in this world? Beats me. :|
I do not know if you are still working on this but it is likely you will need to remap the hood part. the reason it may be taking the shoe texture is because it is mapped to where the Maxis shoes are (Mind you, the maxian texture mapping isnt all too great ) . Try to find a space where it will not have any problems. Tip of advice: extract the textures of the problem pants and Try to place the hood texture to where there is no texture . I assume you know the unimesh Basics (If not search it up. that has something on mapping I think).
It is a great idea you have and can have many storytelling and movie making uses. I do hope you keep working on it
