Create-A-World tool won't start.
Ok, so I got the the Sims 3 game, and it works fine. So when I registered it, I heard that I could get a tool called the Create-A-World tool. So I downloaded it and everything from the Sims 3 official site, and I was excited, because I missed the ability to create your own neighborhoods, from the Sims 2. I installed it to C:\Users\USERNAME\My Documents\Electronic Arts, because I had gotten a problem, and this seemed to fix it.

The problem is, now I get another pop-up, which says:

"Your currently installed version of the game is not compatible with Create-A-World. You must reinstall Create-A-World. First, back-up your world files and uninstall Create-A-World. Then download the new version of Create-A-World, and install the new version."

I did what they told me to do MANY times, but it still doesn't work! Help!

What is your base game version? Game Help:Patch_Tablewiki
And what is the last pack you have?

BTW, you shouldn't be installing to C:\Users\. It is a Program that by default is installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\
