my sims clothes and objects etc all seem fine but custom skins are not working

oh ok i think the ui mod may have to be updated because i have lots of non default and they are not showing up the default one is

Only four of my non default skin's show up in the drop box.I found it odd that those four showed up but not the others.

I wish I could understand that site. Are those default replacements? Are those barbie skins or are they anatomically correct? Also, what set do you use? All of them?

I use google chrome which allows me to translate pages, but it is a set of non-default skins that are supposed to look like "European" skin tones, and they are anatomically correct. I think they look the most realistic out of all the ones I've tried. Oh and I use the full set A&B 2.0, found a link here on MTS that takes you to her newest skin update for these, but it's too shinny for me. http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=455592

i may have solved this issue i found a skin slider in my mods im abouut to test it if so its the slider mod

For me it was the outdated CmarNYC skintone panel.

According to the overview: "A new version of cmar_SkinTonePanel is uploaded for compatibility with patch 1.26/Pets. If you can't get the skin tone panel to appear and (maybe) nothing in the CAS age/gender/body slider panel works, replacing cmar_SkinTonePanel.package should fix it."

If you haven't updated to the 1.26 patch friendly skintone panel that Cmar released then that *could* be the issue. It fixed mine once I updated.
*Just in case I didn't explain clearly, this will only fix the issue if you have the 1.24 skintone panel from CmarNYC and haven't switched to the updated one after you patched.

Take out Uni mod and use mouse scroll all skins will be there

It's the very last download. You don't need CmarNYC's skins in order to make it work, which I'm sure you're already aware of... but it's an obligatory warning.
