Default Empty templates
Anyone know where I can find all the empty templates? Base neighborhoods, downtown, uni and all the EP hoods? MATY has most but some of the links to others lead to invalid files. I'd like to get them all so I can try out empty hoods.

I managed to find quite a few but not all of them, though that may be because I didn't look for some of them, like the downtown one. Which ones have you managed to find so far?

I thought I had deleted this thread last night because I found what I needed. Apparently Pooklet at GOS uploaded them to a thread a while ago. The link is still valid so I was able to download them all.

I still don't see N002 and N003 on the list. Are they included in the archive?

Looks like G001, F001, and E001 are also missing.

[Update:]

Looks like N003, F001, and E001 are available here:
http://www.mediafire.com/?7mx105ilhbbi2

So, we're still missing N002 and G001.

[Another update:]

G001 can be found here:
https://www.box.com/shared/pj0l8rspi6

So, we're just missing N002.

As expected, these links are all found in this thread:

Thanks.. Just to make sure I have all the files I need..

Base- N001, N002, N003
Uni- U001, U002, U003
Night Life- D001
OFB- B001
Pets- P001
Seasons- G001 and G002? Or is it just G002?
BV- A001, M001, T001, V001
FT- F001 and F002?
AL- E001 and E002?

I just get confused as to why there are two for some. Like Seasons, for example, only brought one new neighborhood correct? Why is there G001 and G002? I don't know all the ins and outs of the game files so this may be obvious to some but I just want to make sure I'm not putting incorrect files in the game and possibly ruining something.

For Seasons, FreeTime, and Apartment Life, the X001 neighborhood is the primary neighborhood and the X002 neighborhood is the stealth subhood.

Only you can know whether you want to replace just the stealth subhood, or whether you want to replace both the primary neighborhood and the stealth neighborhood. Many people install empty stealth neighborhoods and clean primary neighborhoods.

In all cases, you'll be replacing the identically named file. For example, N001_Neighborhood.package should only be copied over an existing N001_Neighborhood.package. Just read the instructions in the MATY thread to understand how to install an empty neighborhood or subhood.

Do I just place the stealth hood files into the same file? So G001 and G002 go together?

No. You have to find G001 under Program Files and replace the neighborhood file in that folder and then remove all the files in the Characters subfolder. Then, you have to find G002 under Program Files and replace the neighborhood files and then remove all of the files in the Characters subfolder.

You really need to read and follow the instructions or you will not get the results that you are looking for.

I've read the directions. I just didn't understand where the stealth hoods were supposed to go but I've figured it out now. I found where everything is located so now I just have to go and replace all of them with the empty versions. As well as delete everything in the Character folder.
