This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets
Can't bypass launcher
I've been trying to figure out how to bypass the Sims 3 launcher, and following a number of sources (including MTS's help: TS3 Bypassing the Launcher), I've found my base game to not be under the EA folder in my Program Files but in the Origin Games folder made when linking my retail copy with EA.

I've tried launching The Sims 3 through each recommended application (TS3.exe, TS3W.exe, and expansions) and the launcher continues to load.

Here's the current location of my TS3W.exe shortcut on my desktop.
(Running Win7 64-bit)

Any help/suggestions would be great!

You might want to take a look at this thread: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=494315

It sounds like there's some difficulty with bypassing the launcher if you have your games through origin.

Thanks for the replies guys but I've already read and replied to that thread. It seems there's no reason for our games to not bypass the launcher and divia has gone to ask EA Support.
Some people have said it works fine through Origin so we don't know.

Steam is from Valve, Origin is from EA. They are rivals of each other.
