This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default SOLVED -"Error: Bad gosup tree number." when trying to visit community lots.
Alright, never saw this one before. I recently had a HD crash, and thus had to reinstall the game, and all the custom stuff I had before. This is mostly things I used in the past with NO issues at all. Well, I have a very weird issue. I created a sim, and moved him into a newly-built apartment lot in Strangetown. Then I decided to send him shopping for additional clothing. However, every single time I try, I get an object error. This happens with or without the testing cheats on. If he tries to walk to the lot (88 Road to Nowhere), I see this:

Object Error
An object error occurred in object "Car Ownable -
Invisible - Walk Lot Transitions" #142,
Error: Bad gosub tree number.
The stack trace is saved in
"C:/Users/(my user name)/Documents/EA Games/The
Sims 2/Logs/Object Error_N002_t13443.txt".

If he calls a taxi, as soon as the taxi drives off, I see this:

Object Error
An object error occurred in object "Car - Prototype -
0,5" #441
Error: Bad gosub tree number.
The stack trace is saved in
"C:/Users/(my user name)/Documents/EA Games/The
Sims 2/Logs/Object Error_N002_t15662.txt".

If the testing cheats are off, and he walks, he simply leaves the lot, and the timer goes into fast forward mode, as though he was at work, instead of the community lot ever loading. If they are off, and he takes a taxi, it drives away, and the community lot still never loads. No amount of reset, ignore, or delete does anything.

Now, I have tried removing the mods I have installed, and running without them, and also clearing the cache files. Nothing seems to work. When I installed, the game did check for updates, and I did install what I believe was the latest patch as well (according to Origin guy). So, any ideas? I have looked all through the "Help" section, and can't find a single solution that I haven't tried. Help most appreciated!

Oh, I did attempt the same thing from another lot, using one of the Specter family, and got the same errors. So, it isn't simply one lot.

So, any ideas? Any and all help appreciated!

EDIT to update -

After some trial and error, and back and forth, I located one mod that apparently was missed. The "Do not leave without me." mod, located here - http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=303977 - is apparently the issue. Not sure how it got missed, but some careful sorting and testing shows that is the problem. If someone else has the same issue, perhaps this can help them. Reporting the error issue on the comments for the mod, too.

That mod has an additional requirement; did you install the game edition mod?

@Daniqueje Please don't post to four year old threads, make your own.

Bad gosub tree means you are either using a mod that needs an EP that you don't have or it needs a another file. It's alerting you to that fact, deleting the message won't stop it popping up. You need to either remove the mod or find what file you are missing.
