You were all awesome and so are your builds! I enjoyed overseeing it

Want a specific style of house or community building? Why not take a look at my profile and see what I build and then come ask me to make it!

I recorded my building process, so I'm hoping to beat Youtube into cooperation, but, we'll see.

I had about 17 minutes to decorate, so there is a disappointing layout and lack of CASt, but I'm happy with the build and CFE work I was able to crank out! This was way harder than anticipated, and so fun! I'm excited to see what everyone else brings to the table.
I'll also probably loop back to this and give it proper decor for an upload later on. What a great challenge!

Now streaming on at Twitch.tv/SeveralNerds or UglyHoesConnect.com - whichever is easier for you to type in your browser.

Default The Cooke Cabin
Poor poor Julien Cooke. First he had all dreams of fame and Food Network glory taken by his dastardly rival, and now he has to live in this family cabin that reeks of old lady? Well, he guesses he can only go up from here.

I also recorded my build, you can view it on Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/334601844 I recommend watching at 1.5 speed. I spent the first hour on the outside, leaving me NO time to do the interior work.

Here are photos of as far as I got with it! While they are all perfectly livable, with proper phones/trash cans/alarms, and skill building and need fulfillment items, the inside is terrible and I'm going to work some more on it later.

Then I joined in the second round and just kept going. I don't know where the time went. The insides look nice now, but I still have no landscaping and I wanted to expand the lot to add parking. Here's part 2: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/334772230

And for round 2, here was mine. I tried to do a completely different style, and use things that I usually don't. Such as the exterior of the house being metal, and inside too. I had a lot of fun with this, and would love to do more. This one I'll have to go through and pick out all the CC I used so I can link them, and I'll be uploading this one too.

I didn't get much done on the inside, but I managed to get some things kind of done outside, so yeah lol

I had fun working on this despite the incomplete state. I'll try finishing this very soon haha

The idea of speedbuilding was fairly terrifying but since I was hanging out to make sure everyone behaved observe, I figured I should go ahead and attempt. The inside doesn't have much going on, but I managed a cute exterior!

This was so much fun! I took part in both rounds tonight.

For round 1, I chose to do a community lot. I built a supermarket with a dance studio above it, and filled in the outside space with a playground.

For Round 2, I moved into Riverblossom Hills and built a cute 2 bedroom cottage for a young family. I think this is my favourite of the two!

This challenge was so fun! I can't believe I actually built and decorated a house in 90 minutes. I love seeing all of your designs, too! Everyone's is so good and unique.

Here's what I ended up with. I kinda based it off the houses I see around where I live (Oklahoma), and that's I-houses. They're called "I-houses" because the guy who coined the term was studying houses and noticed that this type of house was popular in all the states that start with I: Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, etc. They are the most persistent type of house in Oklahoma, and were constructed with their basic form in the late 1800s and early 1900s (source).

For the interior, I used a lot of Claybee recolors, and I went for a comfy feel.

My challenge got broken up a bit, still 90 minutes but I had to stop in the middle for a bit to help with my grandmother's physical therapy.
Here's what I got: https://imgur.com/a/kE7CJEN
Didn't manage to landscape so I've gotta do that. And also I realized all my windows are backwards. Yay. *facepalm*
