Centering furniture

Is there any cheat code to make it so that I can place furniture and whatnot half-way across the 'squares'? I want to line up my wedding arch with the fountain behind it, because it looks stupid otherwise. Thanks to anyone who can help.

You don't need to combine it with moveobjects on unless you want to put the item through another object somehow.

hmm....i've tried it without and it doesn't seem to work so well, but maybe its me, or the thing i'm trying to place, but that was my reasoning for suggesting the combination
