New Needs

I have a question, if it is possible to create new needs like hygiene etc.!
And if yes, who?

While I may not be a very experienced modder, I highly doubt this is possible. And if it was, what would you want added? They pretty much cover everything already.

Because it's directly linked into the UI, custom needs *like hygene etc* can't be modded without modifying executable code. Under some circumstances, it may be possible to mimic a few (but not all) of the characteristics of motives in a new hack, but it is really very complicated and there would have to be a pretty compelling reason to try. ;)
